The cost per week is $80 per room per night.  All linens are included. We can also send more information as needed. If you have a small party, we can make adjustments.  We cannot rent it December, January, February.  You can rent by the room or by the house.

This house begs for a crowd ... it loves people ... it is a great place for a party of four or eight. There are two single beds, two double beds, one king size bed, one double bed in four bedrooms. An extra bedroom which is where the linens are stored can also be used. There is a single bed. There is also a bed downstairs that is a single. So all in all there are available six bedrooms.

So let's see what you will get: here is the exterior of the house from the garden view.

The garden is fully enclosed (next picture) with stone walls. From the patio, there is a sweeping view of the English Channel and the coastline. Note upstairs windows are all French windows in each bedroom. There are five bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms at each end of the hall. The beaches are only a few km away! With such grand and expansive beaches there is little chance of overcrowding as in the Riviera. You can check from the upstairs window to see if the tide is in!

The garden is a great place for meals...we move our tables to go with the view and the sun. In the afternoons, the patio is full of sun until sunset ... the Channel is about a 15 min walk. The front of the house faces a small street where you can park (free). This street is behind the church in the village....there is limited traffic (it is not the main street through town).

All rooms have spectacular views of the coast as well as the village and garden. On clear days and nights, you can see Jersey, as well as Guernsey and Sark. Ferry boats leave regularly for Jersey for day trips. You can catch the ferry at Carteret harbor. 

Kitchen fully equipped with washer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and plenty of utensils/pots & pans.  The dining room is quite cozy with a fireplace, big window looking out into the garden, and a glass door. So there is plenty of light. The floors are terrazzo in the kitchen and dining area. Tile in the front entry. Wood upstairs and in grand salon.

Plenty of books available as well as maps and games.  The dining room is quite cozy with a fireplace, big window looking out into the garden, and a glass door. So there is plenty of light.

At low tide there are vast expanses of sand and plenty of tide pools to explore....it stays light until past 10 pm in the summer and dawn breaks around 5:30. Long summer days and nights to enjoy the area.
